Everybody has experienced being worried and antsy at a given moment and it is a normal feeling that you go through. Stress and problems are inevitable and they can happen so suddenly which catch people off guard. Once you are feeling anxious about something, you take action. Anxiety, just like everything else when taken in moderation, can be good for you. It keeps you alert and aware of the possibilities that may occur.
